As SFPC leaders develop plans to resume in-person worship and other activities in our church facilities, it would be most helpful to know more about our members and other attenders views on various matters related to reopening.  In this survey, we are trying to learn more about how COVID-19 vaccinations will influence your decisions to attend in-person activities at SFPC.  We are also trying to learn more about your specific interests.  All information you provide will be anonymous, none of it will be linked to you.
